BLUEBERRY PATCH POLICIES

PRIVACY:

YOUR INFORMATION:

When you purchase from our store, we collect your personal information you leave us such as your name, address and email address (optional) which works in conjunction with the Shopify Store.  They provide Blueberry Patch Farms with online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

Email Marketing: With your permission we might send you an email with updates of our crops, products and new happenings in our store.  You are able to unsubscribe to the e-mails at any time. 

SHIPPING:

Once you place an order with us (giftware only), we hand select and carefully package your items.  Our goal is to ship your order within the next business day.  You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.  We ship via Canada Post and they provide a tracking number which we will send to you via email (if provided) once it has been issued.  We ship anywhere in Canada - this does not include fresh berries.

Our Canadian Shipping Rates:

We offer a Flat rate shipping fee of $15 on all orders to Canadian addresses.

LOCAL PICKUP:

If you live near Creston, BC or surroundings and you can pick up your order choose, "Local Pickup" - at checkout.  Our Team will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up!

Blueberry Patch Policies:

For Blueberries - We are providing this service of bringing fresh, hand-picked organic blueberries to our customers.  They are a perishable berry.  Your order is filled in the sequence that you ordered it - ie. the first customers to pre-order get their orders first in the season, the last to order in the season, get their orders last.

It is your responsibility to make sure your order is picked up once your name comes up and your order is ready.  If you can't pick it up once we contact you - you must get someone to pick it up for you as we can't hold your order of fresh berries.  Our harvest is only 3 weeks long and we have hundreds of customers picking up orders from us. We can't keep track of everyone's schedule.  If you forget to pick up once you confirmed you'll be there, we do not refund, replace or give credit for your No Show!  No refunds after 15 days of placing your order- as we are committed to filling orders and have prevented others from ordering.

Drop Offs to Cranbrook: We do not deliver door-to-door.  We bring our orders to a central location in Cranbrook at a designated time.  Normally later afternoon and mid-week. All people from areas out of Cranbrook ie (Fernie, Kimberley, Invermere etc....) must come for pick up at that location.  Anyone from Creston or towns west of Creston, must come to the Farm location to pick-up, we do not deliver door-to-door.  You always have the option of getting someone to pick up your order for you!  We cannot freeze your blueberries for you!

Credit of berries for next year's crop - (providing fresh blueberries for next year as a credit) is subject to approval with Blueberry Patch Farms - under some circumstances, we may be able to provide frozen berries, again this is subject to our approval! Once approved we will send you a credit receipt.

This policy is in effect as of: August 1st, 2023
